It's the long weekend! Woohoo… that means BBQ time. And who better than Mark McEwan to give us a few grilling tips. Host of The Heat and recently-named Head Judge for upcoming Top Chef Canada told me while he doesn't cook at home that much (like most chefs), he LOVES sparking up the BBQ.

If you're planning to do some barbecuing this long weekend, you definitely want to check out Mark's BBQ tips. It's all about keep it "low and slow."
