Happy new year, foodies! To mark the start of 2014, we dished up a whole new Cooking Club Challenge, allowing you to enter on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram for the first time ever. Last month's recipe, Potato Salmon Cakes, was perfect for holiday entertaining or a comfort food craving.
Congratulations to Jaun H, whose adorable bite-sized version of the recipe takes the cake for this month's challenge.
An honourable mention also goes to Lyssa D, for her creative adaptation of the recipe (rice instead of potato!).
