Icewine is definitely much sweeter than any kind of wine, which
doesn’t go well with a full meal. The flavours of peaches,
apricots, and even mango, are evident in good icewine. In order to
truly enjoy the icewine, it should be served chilled, and
preferably in a small cordial glass. You should plan on drinking
the entire bottle in one evening in order to preserve the taste,
although it can be kept in your refrigerator for up to two weeks.
With the price of icewine, you won’t want any to go to waste: $40 –
$65 per 375ml bottle.
