As I have mentioned before, I love to work out in the mornings. I always feel better the rest of the day after getting through a tough workout!. Sometimes I feel like I get bored of the same breakfast every day, so I love to come up with new choices to keep things interesting!
It’s great having options for breakfast, and this Dark Chocolate Banana Breakfast Shake is a great choice to help you start your day! I love this shake because it is so healthy and tastes amazing! I mean, who doesn’t love chocolate in the morning? What else makes this breakfast option so great, is that it’s full of omega 3 fats from the flax seeds and cinnamon is an anti-inflammatory. The chocolate milk is actually a great way to restore electrolytes after a workout. These great ingredients mixed together make this drink a perfect way to refuel your body!
This creamy shake is one of my favourite breakfast options and sometimes I honestly can’t wait to make them! Have them for just a regular weekend on-the-go, or after a tough workout. You will be able to take on the day!
