Our October Cooking Club Challenge is off to a yummy start! This month's recipe is Two Potato, Three Canadian Cheese Gratin sponsored by Dairy Farmers of Canada. We really hope you'll get inspired by these photos and take a stab at the delicious recipe yourself. You could win a $100 gift card to The Bay as well as a cookbook, so keep those entries coming! Chef Christine G: "I could pretty much live on potatoes and cheese so this recipe was perfect for me. I used tofu “bacon” since I’m a vegetarian (it’s good – I swear!). I wasn’t a huge fan of the thyme so would have preferred to use sage or paprika instead."
Chef Melissa J: "The dish was very rich and provided enough for our family, plus lunch leftovers for everyone. My husband isn't a huge fan of sweet potatoes, but in this dish he really enjoyed them."
