You might recall that June was National Fresh Fruit and Veggies Month, so we used every possible opportunity to incorporate bright and flavourful produce into our meals. Hopefully you did, too! Cooking Club Challenge was no exception, and last month's recipe was a light and refreshing Grilled Scallops with Watermelon Salsa dish.
