Happy National Peanut Day! If you love peanuts, you'll be happy to know that your heart loves them too. They are a great source of Vitamin E and protein, and have been known to reduce your risk of heart disease. We can't leave out the fact that they are simply delicious and easy to snack on. Unless you have a nut allergy, we definitely recommend adding a handful of peanuts into your diet.
