Risotto is one of those dishes that
frightens a lot of people, myself included. Or at least it did. You
see I wasn't scared about the process, just the taste. In my
previous risotto experiences I've often found the stuff to be way
too salty or crunchy, but I have to tell you, it doesn't have to be

Catherine Abbott is full of information for you gardeners and
chefs. Information in the front with recipes in the back, this book
has it all.
