
If you love chocolate, you should schedule a
visit to Soma at least once before you die. David Castellan, owner
and master chocolatier, is one of a handful of
artisanal chocolatiers in the world who makes
small batches of chocolates from scratch.
You can watch the entire chocolate making
process unfold - from the humble cacao beans in burlap
bags to the exquisite truffles on display - inside their gorgeous
shop located in the heart of Toronto's historic distillery
district.
Trust me when I say a visit to Soma is a feast for the senses.
Luckily we captured it all for you on video -- minus the smell
