If you eat a dessert that disappears, it doesn’t count right? Then I want two of these.
We’re always looking for new and exciting dishes here at FNC and this dessert is straight from the future (okay, they’re just from Japan but close enough). Japanese water cakes are clear jelly-like bubbles made of sugar syrup and kinako (roasted soybean flour). Japanese food fans will wait up to an hour in line to get their hands on them. But don’t wait too long to eat it- it will lose its shape and disappear after only 30 minutes!
