Cooking with Lamb Chops

Practical Tips for cooking with lamb chops

1- When your scouting out your lamb, look for rack or chops with vibrant red colour and hard white fat.

2- Because lamb chops are small they cook super fast and easily, making them the perfect weeknight pick.

3- Look to buy lamb chops, or rack with a small layer of fat on top. No matter how you're cooking them, it'll help to keep them nice and juicy!

4- Lamb and mint work beautifully together, but it doesn't stop there. Try doing them up with other Mediterranean flavours like olives, sundried tomatoes, artichokes or chickpeas.

5- I like to rock lamb medium-rare to medium, anything less and it can become chewy.
