Ingredients

  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 3/4 ounce agave nectar
  • 1/2 ounce ginger simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 3 wedges lime
  • 3 slices red bell pepper
  • pureed chipotle
  • beef jerky

Directions

  1. Add lime juice, agave nectar, and simple syrup to a large cocktail shaker.
  2. Add lime wedges and pepper slices to the shaker.
  3. Add tequila and mash all ingredients together with a mulcher.
  4. Add the chipotle puree.
  5. Slap a glass on top of the cocktail shaker and mix.
  6. Fill a glass with ice and strain cocktail over top.
  7. Garnish with lime, bell pepper, and beef jerky.
