Here’s what you need:

– 3 cups Spring mix
– ½ pear, sliced
– ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
– ¼ cup dried cherries
– 3 tbsp. blue cheese
– 3 tbsp. oil
– 2 tbsp. vinegar
