Christine Cushing: Cook With Me

Great food and conversation simmer in Christine Cushing's kitchen and everyone is invited to drop in for the fun. In each episode of Christine Cushing: Cook With Me, Cushing is joined by three guests—characters from all walks of life who cook, laugh and chat their way through a meal. Each episode's menu is inspired by a different theme and whether it's 'Memories of Paris' or 'Eating with Your Eyes', they always reflect Cushing's ability to combine fabulous flavours with easy everyday preparation methods and techniques.

Christine Cushing

Born in Athens, Greece, Christine immigrated to Canada with her family at the age of one. While growing up in Toronto, her easy-bake oven soon became her most prized possession. At nine, she graduated to a real stove and began cooking alongside her father—an accomplished home chef. Although cooking was in her veins, Christine decided to pursue a career in her other passion: The field of linguistics. However, in the midst of her studies she discovered that the kitchen was calling her, so she dropped the dictionary and was wooed away by her love of food.
