Greta and Janet Podleski

Janet & Greta Podleski are the authors of three blockbuster bestselling cookbooks, Looneyspoons, Crazy Plates (a finalist for the James Beard Foundation Cookbook Awards) and Eat, Shrink & Be Merry (announced as the top-selling cookbook of the last decade by Chapters/Indigo.) The pun-loving sisters have been monthly columnists for Reader’s Digest and Taste of Home magazines, and were voted into Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2000. The sister act and their inspirational, self-publishing success story have been featured on hundreds of national TV programs such as The Today Show, CNN, Canada A.M. and QVC, as well as on hundreds of radio shows, and in magazines and newspapers across North America. The youngest two from a family of six girls, Janet & Greta are eleven months apart in age, and were both born in April.
