These Mystery Diners are undercover operatives who go into restaurants, bars and food service establishments with hidden cameras to perform surveillance to find out what's really going on when the boss isn't around.
After hearing rumors that customers are being served meat at his vegan restaurant, Mitch, owner of Source in San Francisco, contacts Charles for help. Mystery Diners Amber and Brianna go undercover and discover what's really being cooked up in the kitchen.
Patrick, owner of Buster's Beach House in Long Beach, Calif., calls Charles to investigate rumors that his Executive Chef is showing preferential treatment amongst the wait staff. Mystery Diners Tracy and Shelby go undercover and discover another problem behind the bar.
After receiving numerous complaints about his delivery service, Danny, the owner of Bella Luna Cafe in Chicago, contacts Charles for help. Mystery Diner Mark goes undercover and discovers both delivery drivers are taking advantage of the restaurant — and customers.
When a lack of employee harmony threatens his restaurant, Vic, owner of Colombo's Italian Steakhouse in Eagle Rock, Calif., contacts Charles for help. Mystery Diners Grant and Shelby go undercover and discover the "Employee of the Month" title has created a cutthroat competition amongst the staff.
After learning that several petite women have easily completed their grilled cheese eating challenge, Chris, the owner of Cheesie's Pub & Grub in Chicago, contacts Charles to investigate. After losing several sushi models, Bruce, the owner of Lotus on Flower in Los Angeles, fears that one of his best customers is behaving inappropriately during the restaurant's "naked sushi" dining experience. After hearing complaints that their late night security guard is being too rough with customers, Dave and Mike Frank, co-owners of Del Rossi's Cheesesteak Co. in Philadelphia, contact the Mystery Diners for help. Charles sends in Joe and Kiara and discovers a bigger problem inside the kitchen.
After hearing rumors of unusual beer being served in his restaurant, Michael, owner of Newport Beach Brewing Company in Newport Beach, Calif., believes his onsite Brewmaster may be running a side business. Gary and Tony, co-owners of Big & Little's Restaurant in Chicago, contact Charles after hearing rumors that employees are illegally selling alcohol to customers at their B.Y.O.B. restaurant. Mystery Diners Siera and Destiney go undercover and discover a mobile liquor store parked on the street.
After noticing a recent unusually low haul in crab claws, Luis, owner of Garcia's Seafood in Miami, Fla., contacts Charles for help. Mystery Diners Harry and Carlos go undercover and discover where the seafood is going missing.
When Stephanie and D-Rock, owners of Cheeseburger Baby in Miami, Fla., notice a discrepancy in their register, they suspect an ex-convict employee is stealing from them. Charles sends in Mystery Diners Tracy and John to find out who's really responsible.
After hearing complaints about constant fighting between the cooks and a bartender who brings wild animals into the restaurant for entertainment, AJ, the owner of Poppy's The Crazy Lobster in New Orleans, calls Charles for help. Mystery Diners Nicole and Amber discover a waitress may be causing all the drama.
After receiving multiple complaints about theft and inappropriate touching during his monthly "Dining in the Dark" event, Hernan, the owner of Catharsis in Miami, Fla., contacts Charles for help. Mystery Diners Hollie and Billy go undercover and discover that Hernan's employees have created a game where they mess with blindfolded customers for points.
After realizing how hard it is to start a new restaurant, the husband and wife owners of N'awlins Cafe, in New Orleans, contact Charles for advice. Mystery Diners Nicole and Tom go undercover and discover that the manager is hiring her incompetent friends who prevent the restaurant from thriving.
When Francesco, owner of Zio Cecio in Dallas, starts hearing rave reviews about Tex-Mex food being served in his Italian restaurant, he calls in Charles to investigate. Mystery Diners Tracy and Justin go undercover and discover that a few employees are running a side business when Francesco isn't there.
Keith, the owner of Deanie's Seafood in New Orleans, is concerned that his manager is more focused on his amateur comedy career than managing the restaurant. Charles sends in Mystery Diners Andrew and Deanna who discover that another employee may be taking advantage of the situation.
The namesake owner of George's Restaurant in Miami, Fla., wants both his customers and his employees to have a good time at his restaurant. But wehn he notices a dramatic loss in revenue, he contacts Charles to investigate. Mystery Diners Rob and Jenny go undercover and discover that George's staff is taking the "everyone have fun" policy to the next level.
Johnny, owner of Pina Pizza House in Downey, Calif., seeks the help of Charles and the Mystery Diners, because he believes his "frat-tastic" college-enrolled waiter may not have his best interests at heart and that he may be taking the party off campus and into his restaurant. Mystery Diners Grant and Jill go undercover to see if the waiter is taking his job as seriously as he claims to be taking his classes.
Los Angeles restaurant owner Derrick has a problem with an employee who claims he hurt his leg on the job. This former waiter has threatened a lawsuit, so to appease him, Derrick has made him a host; however, his lazy behavior has not stopped ... and Derrick wonders whether the injury is even legitimate. Derrick contacts Charles for help, and Mystery Diners Shellene, Lukas and Tracey go undercover to see if this coasting host needs to be toast.
Ali, owner of Marrakesh, a Moroccan-themed restaurant in California, seeks the help of Charles and the Mystery Diners, because he believes his manager may have a gambling problem outside of work that's affecting his ability to do his job. Mystery Diners, Rob, Scarlet and Loree go undercover to see if the manager's extracurricular activities are taking a toll at work.
When Will, co-owner of Whiskey Dick's in Las Vegas, becomes concerned over a steady decline in female patrons, Charles and the Mystery Diners come in to investigate. Mystery Diner Shellene goes undercover as a waitress and learns that the manager is serving more than just drinks from the bar.

When Mario, the owner of La Traviata in Long Beach, Calif., becomes concerned over complaints with respect to the quality of his fish, Charles and the Mystery Diners discover that a recently hired chef may not be honest about what's in his high-priced dishes. Mystery Diners Rob, Shellene and Lauren go undercover to find out what smells fishy.
Scott, the owner of Rhythm Kitchen in Las Vegas, suspects his sophisticated, but slightly arrogant, wine sommelier is somehow negatively affecting spirit sales. But could he also be selling his own wine to customers and keeping the profits? Charles sends Mystery Diners Chelsea and Hollie in as customers to see if something smells rotten.
After receiving numerous complaints from his staff that his recently promoted head waiter is not evenly distributing the pooled tips, the general manager of D'Cache restaurant in Los Angeles contacts Charles Stiles and the Mystery Diners to help him discover if there is any truth to the rumor. Mystery Diners Destiney and Grant go undercover to discover what this waiter has up his sleeve.
George, the owner of Los Angeles hot spot Ca' Brea, has recently received a few complaints that are surprisingly not related to the quality of his food or his wait staff's service, but about his valet service. Charles sends Mystery Diners Tracey and Hank undercover to show George just how detrimental a bad valet can be to a restaurant's business.
After losing thousands of dollars in unaccounted alcohol and hearing rumors of late-night staff parties, the owner of Big Earl's Greasy Eats contacts Charles Stiles and the Mystery Diners for help. Mystery Diners Shellene and Chris go undercover as a waitress and flirty customer in hopes of scoring invitations to an after-hours bash.

Mystery Diners Destiney and Sarah go undercover and interview for a new waitress position to see if the manager will hire an attractive waitress over a qualified one.
A pub owner in Los Angeles suspects that one of her bartenders might be overpouring for customers, giving away too many free drinks and overtipping himself. To find out, she calls in the Mystery Diners, who outfit the bar with hidden cameras and go in undercover to see what is really happening when the boss is away.
The owner of Las Vegas bistro 3 Tomatoes & A Mozzarella fears his restaurant manager may not be doing the greatest job in his role. The hardest part - the manager is his brother. The Mystery Diners will go undercover to see what's really happening and whether this brother is a keeper.
