Melissa Lam
Melissa is a flight attendant from Calgary, Alberta. She started helping her father in the kitchen when she was 5, and became hooked on cooking when she took home economics at the age of 12. She often wakes up in the middle of the night with ideas of new things she wants to try in the kitchen.
