Ingredients

  • 4 cups cabbage (1/2 head), finely sliced with a food processor
  • 1/2 cup carrots (1 carrot), finely grated with a food processor
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and pickles.
  2. Bring the vinegar, sugar and garlic salt to boil in a small saucepan. Pour over the cabbage. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise and sour cream. Adjust the seasoning.
