Hey,

My mom and I usually make these belgium waffles from scratch every year on Christmas eve day and then reheat them on Christmas day for breakfast.

But in order to keep them tasting a bit better (since stuff is always better right after it's made opposed to reheated) can we make the matter Christmas eve day and then put it in the fridge for Christmas morning?

The answer would be greatly appreciated :) since we have no clue about this and would like an answer from an experienced source.

Hi Solo ,

Yes you can refrigerate your waffle batter, I would suggest that you lay some shrinkwrap rite on top of the batter , this would stop it from forming a skin. It will store for at least a couple of days this way.
