Hi, I've been trying to find this flour called "Konjac flour" in Canada. I know it's used in Asian cooking and baking, but I haven't been able to find it here in the GTA. Does anyone know where to it is sold?

Hey Pepedo,
Not sure if T&T grocers have it, but it might be worth a try to call or email them. I heard Low Carb Canada has it (don't worry about the name!) perhaps you should contact them as well, or Sanko. Also you can try running into any small Asian grocers and ask if they carry the product, if they don't but are familiar with the flour try asking if they buy it and from where. Sometimes you need to seek your inner investigator lol!
