On the Oct.18th episode of Fresh with Anna one of the dishes was brown butter egg noodles. I can't find this recipe anywhere.

Not every dish the chefs present is released to the recipe file. As this is a show from the new season I would suggest you wait a few days and check the video file (I just did & the show isn't there yet) and watch the episode and take notes.
A quicker route would be to search for a brown butter sauce recipe on the site and adapt. It's a fairly straight forward procedure and rather than go into it here I'd say if you can get one of the chef's recipes it should work for you. Hint Michael Smith makes a mean one.
