Berry, Mint and Yogurt Fruit Salad

strawberries
blueberries
raspberries
vanilla Greek yogurt
mint

Tropical Fruit Salad

bananas
pineapple
mango
papaya
coconut, grated

Melon, Black Currant and Cheese Fruit Salad

honeydew melon
black currants
feta cheese
maple syrup

Step 1

Combine berries in a large bowl and mix in vanilla Greek yogurt and 1-2 tsp of finely chopped fresh mint.

Step 2

Peel and dice fruit then mix in large bowl and garnish with 2 Tbsp of grated coconut.

Step 3

Mix melon and black currants in a medium bowl and add slices of feta cheese and a splash of maple syrup.
