Directions for: Antipasto Platter


prosciutto, thinly, sliced

hot or mild salami, thinly, sliced

pancetta, thinly, sliced

cappicola or sopressata, thinly, sliced

green olives

black olives

cherry tomato

roasted red pepper, sliced

giardiniera, (pickled vegetables)

firm ricotta cheese, (Toma/Tuma), cut in wedges


1. For a delicious antipasto platter arrange all or some of the above ingredients.

2. Be sure to have plenty of bread around to accompany it.
