Ingredients

celery stalks, cut into 4-inch pieces

assorted raisins

spread of your choice (cream cheese, peanut butter, cheese spread, etc.)

½ peach, cut into thin wedges

parsley, for garnish/presentation

Directions

1. Wash, dry and chop a few stalks of celery into roughly 4-inch lengths. Place your spread of choice along the celery channels and top with raisins. Slice a peach into thin wedges, arrange on a plate and garnish with parsley.
