Apple Cinnamon 5-Grain Pancakes

¾ cup 5-grain pancake mix
¾ cup water
¼ cup apple, diced
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ Tbsp icing sugar
1. In a small bowl, whisk water into pancake mix.
2. Mix in cinnamon and apple.
3. Ladle batter according to desired size in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook until bubbles form in batter. Flip to cook other side.
5. Dust finished pancakes with icing sugar.
