Arugula, Peaches, Blue Cheese & Walnut Salad

This recipe allows you to be creative with how you decorate your salad, using blue crumbled blue cheese, walnuts and sliced peaches.
4 cup fresh arugula, washed and patted dry
3 fresh peaches, stones removed, sliced ½ inch wedges
½ cup thin sliced red onion
4 oz good quality blue cheese
½ cup lightly toasted walnut halves
3 Tbsp premade balsamic dressing
1. Place the arugula on a plate and top decoratively with ingredients.
2. Drizzle with dressing.
