Arugula Salad with Pear and Prosciutto

If you're looking for a simple salad that looks and tastes gourmet, look no further!
1 bunch arugula, washed and spun dry
6 to 8 thin slices prosciutto di Parma
1 Asian pear, thinly sliced
1 oz Parmesan cheese or Grana Padano, shaved or wedges
Coarse salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Freshly squeezed lemon juice, for pear and salad (about 1 tbsp./15 ml)
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle over salad (30 ml)
1. Arrange the arugula, prosciutto and Asian pear on a large plate or platter. Top with shavings of Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Squeeze on some fresh lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil.
