Directions for: Avocado Dip


½ cup sour cream (125 ml)

½ cup mayonnaise (125 ml)

2 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded and crushed

2 Tbsp lime juice (30 ml)

1 Tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)

½ tsp cayenne pepper ( 2 ml)

salt and pepper, to taste

1 Tbsp red pepper, minced, for garnish (15 ml)


1. In a glass bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, avocadoes, lime juice, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and beat until complete smooth.

2. Serve chilled with quesadillas or tortillas.
