Bottle of Rum
Ice
Bosc or other ripe, sweet and juicy pear quartered with stem and seeds removed
Ginger Beer or Champagne Cola

Step 1

In a blender, add a handful of ice and for each small pear add a shot of rum. Puree until smooth.

Step 2

Start a tall glass with a couple of ounces of Ginger Beer or Champagne Cola and then fill with the pear and rum smoothy mixture.
