ingredients

PAM® Cooking Spray

cup (500 mL) grape tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
1
lb(s) (500 g) asparagus, trimmed of tough ends and cut in half
pinch salt and pepper

Tbsp (30 mL) vegetable or olive oil

lb(s) (750 g) tilapia fish (or 4 medium filets)

cup (125 mL) VH® Strong Garlic Rib Cooking Sauce

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with foil; spray with PAM® Cooking Spray. Place tomatoes and asparagus on prepared baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil; set aside.

Step 2

Spray glass baking dish with PAM® Cooking Spray. Lay fish in dish; pour VH® Strong Garlic Rib Cooking Sauceover fish.

Step 3

Place fish and asparagus in oven; cook for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve by placing asparagus, tomatoes and fish on a plate, and pour liquid from baking dish over top.

Step 4

TIP: Serve with cooked white rice and top with chopped garlic bits.
