large sweet potatoes, cut into thin wedges

cup La Chauderie white Cheddar cheese

cup Life Choices BBQ sauce
1 ½
cups Romaine lettuce or baby spinach, shredded

Step 1
Place two racks in the oven and preheat to 400ºF.
Step 2
Toss sweet potato wedges in oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4
After 15 minutes, add chicken strips (also a single layer on a baking sheet) and continue to cook for 18 minutes. Check wedges for tenderness. If they are done, remove them from the oven and let them sit for a few minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, toss the chicken in BBQ sauce to coat evenly. Sprinkle the wedges with parsley.
Step 6
Assemble wraps by combining 4 sauced chicken strips, 1/4 of the cheese and a large handful of lettuce per tortilla.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
