½ vanilla bean
1 cup milk (250 mL)
1 cup vanilla yogurt (250 mL)
1 cup fresh blackberries* (250 mL)
¼ cup fresh blueberries* (100 g)
1. Cut vanilla bean in half length-wise. Scrape out seeds. Reserve.
2. Into a blender add milk, yogurt, blackberries, blueberries and reserved vanilla bean.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Serve chilled.
