Salad

lbs. red skinned potatoes cooked not cooled
½
lb(s) bacon cooked and drained

cup red onion thinly sliced
8
oz good blue cheese
¼
cup fresh basil leaves roughly chopped

big bunch watercress stems trimmed
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a small bowl or jar mix together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
Step 2
Cut warm potatoes, place potatoes in a large bowl and cover with dressing.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients and toss gently to combine.
