Directions for: Breakfast Smoothies

Ingredients

Yogurt Smoothie

1 mango, peeled

1 cup fresh blackberries

1 cup plain Balkan yogurt

⅓ cup honey

Non-Dairy Smoothie

3 whole banana

¼ cup fresh blueberries

6 whole strawberries

1 cup cranberry, juice

½ cup orange, juice

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Non-Dairy Smoothie

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve chilled if desired.
