Broccoli & Cheddar Dip

1 cup broccoli florets
¾ cup sour cream
¾ cup Black Diamond Original Cheese Spread
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1. In a pot of boiling salted water, place the broccoli florets and boil for a couple of minutes until somewhat soft. Once your ideal consistency is reached, remove broccoli from hot water and move to iced water to cool down.
2. Drain the broccoli and put into a food processor. Add in the sour cream, Black Diamond Original Cheese Spread, lemon juice, oregano, and seasonings. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve with a variety of crackers.
