Directions for: Buffalo Mozzarella Salad with Arugula and Figs


2 tsp red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp olive oil

6 buffalo mozzarella bocconcini balls, torn in half

4 figs, quartered

6 cup baby arugula



1. Mix red wine vinegar and olive oil together, season with salt and set aside.

2. Place buffalo mozzarella bocconcini balls around edge of plate.

3. Place figs in between the pieces of buffalo mozzarella.

4. Pile arugula in centre of plate and drizzle dressing over salad.
