Bumper Crop Tomato Salad

8 summer tomatoes cut into wedges (try and find a variety of color and sizes)
1/4 of small red onion sliced very thin
¼ cup fresh basil leaves torn
9 baby bococcini balls sliced ¼ inch
2 tablespoons good quality olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste (try and use a good quality flavorful salt)
1. Place the tomatoes on a large serving platter. Sprinkle with onions, basil and cheese.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
