Cardamom Banana Daiquiri

cup 2% milk

Tbsp pure vanilla extract

ripe bananas, chopped

oz coconut flavoured rum
Coconut Rim Garnish

cup coconut flavoured rum

cup sweetened shredded coconut

Step 1
Place milk, cardamom and vanilla extract in a small pot over low heat.
Step 2
Heat milk mixture for 15 minutes over low heat, while stirring with a wooden spoon.
Step 3
Allow milk mixture to cool, approximately 10 minutes.
Step 4
Strain milk mixture into blender.
Step 5
Place bananas, ice and coconut rum in blender.
Step 6
Puree until smooth.
Step 7
Place coconut flavoured rum in a small bowl.
Step 8
Place shredded coconut on a plate.
Step 9
Dip the rim of the glass in rum.
Step 10
Dip and twist the rim of the glass on a plate with shredded coconut so coconut adheres to glass.
Step 11
Pour Cardamom Banana Daiquiri between four glasses.
