No need to heat up the oven for this baked dessert! Using a cast iron pan allows you to cook it right on the grill. You may need to turn off one burner to keep the heat low.

ingredients

cups (325 mL) blackberries

cups (500 mL) blueberries

cups (1.5 L) strawberries, sliced

Tbsp (30 mL) sugar
½
cup (125 mL) flour

cup (250 mL) quick oats

cup (60 mL) brown sugar
cup (90 mL) cold butter, cubed

Step 1

Preheat grill to 350ºF.

Step 2

Stir berries with sugar in a large bowl. Pour into a cast iron pan.

Step 3

Combine flour with oats, brown sugar and butter in a medium bowl. Rub mixture together until ingredients are coated with butter and mixture resembles a crumble topping. Sprinkle over fruit.

Step 4

Transfer pan to the grill and cook with the lid down for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden and mixture is bubbling. Remove from grill and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Spoon warm cobbler over ice cream.
