carrots

coconuts, cracked and flesh removed
Tabasco sauce
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Step 1
Wash and peel the carrots.
Step 2
Pass the coconut and the carrots alternately through a juicer.
Step 3
Strain the juice through a fine sieve to remove any pulp and to make the juice smooth.
Step 4
Pour into tall glasses and add a generous dash of Tabasco to each.
Step 5
A garnish of parsley or cilantro can be added.
