Chicken in Chow Mein Sauce

This sauce is great for using up leftover meats and vegetables. It makes a delicious, yet quick dish for when you are short on time! Tip: 100g dry noodles give about 250g ready for wok noodles. Estimate 60g dry noodles per portion. Courtesy of Blue Dragon

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 chicken breasts, diced

1 jar Blue Dragon Chow Mein Cooking Sauce

3-4 egg noodles


1. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the diced chicken and stir fry until the meat is sealed and browned.

2. Pour over the jar of Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir through some cooked Medium Egg Noodles and serve immediately.
