This sauce is great for using up leftover meats and vegetables. It makes a delicious, yet quick dish for when you are short on time!
Tip: 100g dry noodles give about 250g ready for wok noodles. Estimate 60g dry noodles per portion.

Tbsp vegetable oil

chicken breasts, diced

jar Blue Dragon Chow Mein Cooking Sauce
3-4
egg noodles

Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan, then add the diced chicken and stir fry until the meat is sealed and browned.
Step 2
Pour over the jar of Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Stir through some cooked Medium Egg Noodles and serve immediately.
