ingredients

cup cooked, cold, shredded or diced chicken
1
cup chopped red pepper, (about 1 pepper)
1
Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
1
cup Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt
¼
cup chopped red onion (soaked for 10 minutes in cold water)

Tbsp chopped cilantro
1
Tbsp quince preserves (you can use plum)

tsp cumin
1
head of romaine, chopped
8
tortilla wraps
salt and (lots) pepper to taste

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix Astro Original yogourt and all other ingredients except lettuce and wraps, together.
Step 2
To serve, place 1/4 cup of chicken mixture down the center of 1 tortilla. Top with ¼ cup lettuce. Roll tortilla over itself to form a wrap. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
