Ingredients: 1 bunch parsley, minced; ½ bunch cilantro, minced; 8 cloves garlic, minced; 1 Roma tomato, diced; ¾ cup olive oil; ⅓ cup red wine vinegar; 2 Tbsp lemon juice; ½ medium red onion, diced; 1 tsp dried oregano; 1 tsp ground black pepper; ½ tsp kosher salt; 1 Tbsp honey
