cup macademia nuts or toasted hazelnuts

cup candied ginger, chopped

Step 1
Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie. Stir in the nuts and ginger. Pour into a pan lined with greased waxed paper, and let harden in the refrigerator. Serve the whole stretch of pavement on a board and let guests hack away at leisure. Like your very own homemade chocolate bar!
