Christine's Mango Lassi
- serves 4
2 ripe Ataulfo mangoes, peeled, seeded and diced (about 2 cups/500 ml)
2 cup plain yogurt (500 ml)
1 cup milk (250 ml)
¼ cup honey, or to taste (60 ml)
Juice of ½ a lime
12 ice cubes or handful of crushed iced
freshly ground nutmeg
1. Put chopped mango, yogurt, milk, honey, lime juice and ice into a blender and puree on high until smooth.
2. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with ground nutmeg.
