ripe Ataulfo mangoes, peeled, seeded and diced (about 2 cups/500 ml)

cup plain yogurt (500 ml)

cup milk (250 ml)
¼
cup honey, or to taste (60 ml)
Juice of ½ a lime

ice cubes or handful of crushed iced
freshly ground nutmeg

Step 1

Put chopped mango, yogurt, milk, honey, lime juice and ice into a blender and puree on high until smooth.

Step 2

Pour into tall glasses and garnish with ground nutmeg.
