navel oranges, peeled and sectioned (reserve ¼ cup juice)*

lb(s) jicama, peeled and julienned into match sticks

cup strawberries, sliced
½
cup fresh blueberries
½
cup red onion, thinly sliced
½
cup Hellmann's® ½ the Fat mayonnaise-type dressing

Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

cup baby spinach leaves

cup sliced almonds, toasted

Step 1
Combine oranges, jicama, strawberries, blueberries and onion in large bowl.
Step 2
Stir in small bowl with wire whisk, Hellmann’s® 1/2 the Fat mayonnaise-type dressing , cilantro and reserved orange juice. Toss with fruit mixture, set aside.
Step 3
Arrange on serving platter, spinach and top with fruit mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.

*SUBSTITUTION: Use 1 can (11 oz./300g) mandarin oranges, drained (reserved 50 mL juice).
