1 pouch of rich milk cocoa powder (30 g)

1 tablespoon sugar (15 ml)

1 ½ cups of homogenized milk (375 ml)

Pinch of salt

1 ounce Brandy or Ice wine

2 tablespoons whipping cream (30 ml)

1 ounce White Belgian chocolate shavings, to garnish


1. In a small pot over medium heat combine rich milk cocoa powder and sugar, add milk and salt and stir continuously until cocoa powder and sugar melt. Bring to a boil and take off the heat. Stir in brandy or ice wine and serve. Garnish with whipping cream and white chocolate shavings.
