cup (500 mL) baby spinach leaves

lb(s) (450 g) uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Step 1

Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Pasta – Fettuccine Alfredo according to package directions, stirring in tomatoes and spinach during the last 5 minutes of cook time.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet and cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Stir cooked shrimp into hot Pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Step 4

TIP: Serve with a fresh green salad and slice of crusty Italian bread to complete the meal.
