hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

green onion, finely chopped

Tbsp mayonnaise
2
tsp fresh dill, finely chopped

slices Carrot, Celery and Leek bread

Step 1
In a bowl, chop hard-boiled eggs, add finely sliced green onion, mayonnaise and chopped fresh dill. Mix until blended. Spread mixture over 1 slice of bread, drape with lettuce leaf and top with slice of bread. Cut into quarters and serve.
