Bananas

cup orange juice

fresh mangos peeled and pitted or Strawberries
Juice of one or 2 limes to taste
1 ½
cup yogurt low fat or you can substitute soy milk
Handful of ice

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender and whirl away until all is smooth.

Serve chilled.

Step 2

Optional fruit to use: Strawberries
