Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Directions for: Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

2 Bananas

½ cup orange juice

2 fresh mangos peeled and pitted or Strawberries

Juice of one or 2 limes to taste

1 ½ cup yogurt low fat or you can substitute soy milk

Handful of ice

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and whirl away until all is smooth. Serve chilled.

2. Optional fruit to use: Strawberries
